Terrible at managing property. Never respond to maintenance request. Have malfunctioning HVAC system but won't get anyone out til Monday. Makes for a long weekend.

Absolutely terrible management, usually dealing with a woman named Chelsea, havent had ac sense beginning of august and its almost November all because their ac guy has been out sick. Super unprofessional people havent had dialogue or updates with property management (Chelsea)in over a month simply because she wont respond. Dont ever recommend renting with these people.

I usually dont write negative reviews about companies because being a business owner myself, I know the impact it can have on business. So I will just keep my review as constructive as possible. There is no level of follow up with potential clients, no sense of urgency with responding to phone calls or emails, the employee I spoke with was not completely knowledgeable of the process for applying and the employee was blah no enthusiasm at all. Ill just leave it there.
