        Worst title company I have ever worked with. Funds weren't told till 3 hours before closing. Added cost agreed to by realtor not myself. Weren't told funds would be delayed after two on Fridays. Now getting a tax bill for something they should have handled.

        My experiences with Modern Abstract and Title have all been very positive! They handle questions like pros and are quick to respond with answers. Most recently I have worked with Lara Tolbert on different closings. She is great with communications and when there are questions, she is super with explaining things in a way that makes sense. And when unexpected things happen, as they sometimes do, I have always felt like the team at Modern really work to find the best path for clients. Thank you!!
