The guys are lights out fast and knowledgeable. If you need new tires, buy them online, have them delivered to your home and take them to Waterloo Auto Service to get mounted, balanced and installed. I have never had to wait. They always take awesome care of my vehicle.

Buyer Beware! Shady company. My grandfather was kind enough to help me fix my car that had been overheating (I was thinking it may have been head gasket). Took it in, they looked it over and said replacing water pump and few other things should fix it. $2000 later I got my car back. It ran for a day before it overheated again. So we take it back, just for them to say Oh yeah, the head gasket is cracked. My sweet old grandpa was taken advantage of. Do not trust this company to fix your car. If we tell them the car keeps overheating one of the FIRST things they should check is the head gasket. Instead this company decided to withhold that information so they could charge my grandpa $2000 for repairs that actually didnt fix anything.

Called to get break pads changed. "We don't do JUST break pads and I seriously doubt you'll find anybody that does" I then call Hibdons literally right after and whatdya know...they'll do it.

Seem a little shady. Told me the oil change would be around $60. Bill was $80.
