        I m glad I resolved the issue with the Manager ...pumps malfunctioning....no one s fault ... she did go beyond .... May the lord forgive me I quickly assumed she had a bad attitude but after chatting with her for a bit .... She s a good human ...good manners ....and that s what matters ....

        It's hard to be a bad 7-11, but this one does exactly that. This location has some of the worst management I've ever seen. Gas pump hoses are constantly covered with trash bags. Just go the location on Rockwell and Memorial. The management there at least has some brain power.

        This store is a complete dump. I was so excited to have a brand new 7-11 go up by my house but every single time I go in there I get mad. The staff is so rude and immature. They were all cussing and being completely unprofessional. Behind the register is a complete dump with boxes and trash everywhere. They need all new management and staff to get a grip on the place or it is going to go under. I will not be back for a while!!
