As a former employee at this store, the way I was treated by my area leader, and HR after reporting it, I will NEVER stop at another 711 again ever in life. I dont care if 711 is the last convenience store on earth. Ill never spend a dime again. And neither will my family. They made me feel so incompetent. I have never been treated so poorly and it has left me deeply depressed. Long story.

This is my neighborhood 7-eleven. I have been a loyal customer to this particular store for over a decade. The staff has changed over the past six months or so. There is not a single employee there that I feel is pleasant in any way. I am constantly getting rude remarks from multiple employees. I ask where an item is and I'm told I don't know by the employee that works there. I go to add funds on my cash app card only to be told no one knows how to do it and I have to come back when the manager is there. I recommend you avoid the 7-Eleven at all costs.
