I absolutely love this service center. The techs and assistants have been truly wonderful and extremely helpful. Every time Ive had to go in, theyve explained what was done to my vehicle in extensive detail, and made sure all my questions were answered. Even when I brought it in for something that turned out to be nothing, the tech explained everything and I was not made to feel dull or inferior in any way. Aside from that, the entire building is very clean and tastefully decorated. The waiting area has a refreshments table and, though Ive never used it, it does have a wide variety of options. I could not recommend this place more.

Such a wonderful experience at this service department. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Timely service and my mini was spotless why they pulled it out!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My Mini was quickly diagnosed and they also contacted my extended warranty provider to authorize and completely cover the cost of repair. They even provided a courtesy lift to and from my home while the repair was being completed. Thanks for the great service!
