True Sky Federal Credit Union

I have to echo the low star reviews of other customers about the Danforth branch and True Sky in general. We've also been customers for almost 20 years and were treated fairly professionally when the credit union was named FAA, but service has deterioted sharply since the renaming. The bank manager is rarely on premises, and there's an almost constant turnover of new customer reps who barely know their jobs understandably, being new. But that doesn't inspire confidence when your hard-earned money is involved. I live in Edmond, but often have to drive to one of the larger branches, like Mustang, to receive good service. I would leave now but still have automatic deposits and withdrawals to deal with beforehand.

This branch is terrible. I've made two shared branch loan payments and they have been deposited to my savings instead of applied to my loan. One resulted in me receiving a late fee. Today I was number five in line and they had one teller. Tinker credit Union is down the street go there instead.

I had issues with my account and stopped by the branch on Danforth. Nicole stepped in and took charge of the situation and figured out the issue and had it resolved immediately. This was such a relief for Nicole to resolve so quickly. Come see her if you need anything!
