Atkinson-Kaiser Plumbing

I agree with the review on Coy! I have used Kris in the past and he responded quickly, came out and repaired toilet and leaks. However, TWO weeks ago I placed a call not knowing Coy is now part of Aatkinson-Kaiser Plumbing and he returned my call on December 8, 2022 and I have never heard from him again. Called the company's answering service 3 times and asked for KRIS or Cody but no reply or answer. I had the same situation with Coy back in June 2020 where he left me "high and dry" and would never return calls. He was working with Shawn Matlock at the time and I think they got in over their heads and didn't know how to complete the project they had started in my bathroom. Instead of telling me this they refused all calls, texts and left me with huge hole in the master bathroom. I would steer away from him and always ask for KRIS. Service: Toilet repair

I hate to leave a bad review for this company but I had Coy come to my house to fix a plug in my bathtub that was jetted. He took the plugs so he can match them. This was in February. I have tried multiple times to text and call this company but he will not return the plugs and now my bathtub is completely ruined I am now forced with some unpleasant decisions so be cautious.
