Webb Roofing did a great job on our roof. Brian Webb was professional and knowledgeable about roofing and was always there to help us out. He helped us figure out exactly what we needed for a very affordable price. When the job was done our place was clean and he even stopped by to make sure everything was alright! We have not seen this kind of roofing service before and we will be using Webb Roofing again in the future! Would certainly recommend!

My house looked great before Webb Roofing. After Webb Roofing, it's a wreck. I paid Webb Roofing to repair hail damage to the roof and siding of my house. This company did the worst imaginable job of replacing the siding. It had ripples and wrinkles running the entire length and circumference of the house. Not a single corner met squarely and all of them were completely distorted and bent out of shape. A messy application of caulk was applied to bridge the gaps and hide the damaged corners, which just made it look worse. Nails were driven into the metal haphazardly with no attempt to make them symmetrical. The nails created dents and dings over the entire surface of the siding. Seams were mismatched and offset. No one with a brain would have found Webb Roofing's siding job acceptable. Brian Webb agreed with me that the siding his company had installed was a disaster. He apologized profusely and said he'd fix it, but all he did was have his workers come over and strip off the bad aluminum. Now he has decided that instead of repairing the mess his company made, he wants to keep my money and skip out on the job. This was my insurance money, paid by my insurance company to be used to make repairs on my house only. Brian Webb has many lies, excuses, and rationalizations, but nothing he claims can change the fact that he was paid $7,000.00 to put a roof and siding on my house, and that he did not. After the roof, which was about 4,500.00, there is $2,500.00 of my money left that he owes me. This is simple. He needs to either finish the siding job or refund my money. When I remember him being this chatty, friendly guy who once told me that he was taking his family of a wife and four-plus children on a big family vacation, I'm angry about being robbed of over $2,500.00 and contributing to his Brian Webb Big Family Vacation Fund. I am sick to death of this kind of person taking advantage of someone like me. Don't hire this guy. I want to update in 2019 that all of my statements are true. There were other problems as well, such as tools and supplies - that I bought - left all over the ground. The BBB thing was a joke. I complained. Webb responded with something ridiculous, and I responded and then couldn't get a returned call from BBB. Later Webb claims it was all settled with the intervention of the BBB. Not true. Business owners pay to be on the BBB. In other words, they are the customers of the BBB, not you. pfffft. Where are my photos, google? Maybe I need to post them again
