        Great products and store but Ill never get a hat shaped there again. Guy used a black and decker heat gun on my straw hat instead of steam. Had to get mine re shaped the next day cause it looked so goofy

Terry has been shaping hats for over 40 years and if the material of the straw will wrinkle with steam he uses a heat gun.
