        I had a horrible experience with Enid Insurance Agency. Not only did they lie on my insurance application to get me a better rate, once progressive caught on, I was charged 3 times the amount for liability insurance. Once I found cheaper insurance with State Farm and cancelled my policy with Enid Insurance Agency, I was charged more fees. Seems to me, the agency made mistakes, but I'm the one having to pay for their mistakes. Customer service should be taken a little more seriously at this company.

        They take care of all my questions and communicate which is a relief compared to the last insurance agency I dealt with in enid!
