Tried to get a commercial quote today and was surprised how rude and obnoxious the receptionist was. I couldn't take her rudeness anymore and just hung up on her. You would think I was talking to somebody at the DMV. Did business with John years ago and he was great, and very easy to deal with. Unfortunately things have changed a lot, and maybe as an employer you might want to enforce a little courtesy to potential client's. I'm a busy person and don't have time for BS and being talked down to.
