My husband and I rented with this company for a year and a half (Oct. 2022- February 2024) and had a wonderful experience. When things came up they were quick to respond and send whoever was needed to resolve the issues. Richard specifically goes over and beyond to ensure tenants needs are met & is a joy to work with. Lastly, the process in and out was one of the easiest & the most pleasant experiences weve had (weve rented a lot in the past). I highly recommend renting from them and would do so again if ever back in Enid.

I honestly loved renting from Enid Homefinders. We ironically rented the same place twice (we had moved and came back) and they were understanding both times and very helpful. (We rented in 2019ish around when they aquired our rental and also i THINK in 2020 or 2021, im bad at dates) The unit was wonderful and we got our first deposit back no problem. The second time we only received part but we also gave them little notice and weren't able to clean as we did the first time. We still received more than half of the deposit back. People have different experiences but I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Enid Homefinders helped me find just the right place for me. They went above and beyond. It is hard looking for the right rental. You want it to be within your budget. You also want a nice area. It is even better if it has the amenities you need and the wants you desire. They found that place! Plus they mentioned what they considered may be some negatives. Very minor I can assure you. Very pleased with my new rental. I worked with Nancy, whom I cannot recommend more highly. Richard showed the place explaining pros and cons. I called before picking up keys to ensure they had all they needed. It was all set. Easy. You won't be disappointed! Here only a couple months and had a maintenance issue in the middle of the night on a weekend. They responded very quickly. The furnace repairman from Maxey AC & Heating was also exceptional. It says a lot when people that work for you say such nice things. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Tyler, Nancy and Richard!
