        Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Scheduled an appointment at 2:30 and Rachel didnt check her schedule and had to take her kids to a basketball game. She said that it would take an hour so we waited patiently till 3:30. No Rachel. Waited another 30 minutes and was about to leave and she finally shows up. When I go talk to her she is rude and doesnt seem to have any sense of customer service. Honestly would not come back again and would rather drive an extra 50 miles to another location. Not a good time.
