Worst flower shop. Absolutely do not use. We ordered flowers for delivery on a persons birthday. Flowers were ordered and confirmation of order was received via email. However, flowers were not delivered on the day. Called the next day to see what happened. We were told the system did not charge us enough tax so they decided not to deliver the flowers. There was no email sent or phone call received to discuss the system issue so it could be fixed and flowers delivered. When we called they told us the system sometimes messes up and oh well. They never actually apologized or tried to fix the problem. Told us too bad and asked if we wanted to place another order. Never use them.

Placed an order online for birthday flowers to be delivered. Received email confirmation from the flower shop. Flowers were not delivered for her Sweet 16 birthday. When I called the next day to see what happened I was advised that their system didn't tax me enough for the order. So I questioned why they didn't reach out to me by phone. She said they sent an email which was not true. No email was received by me and it didn't go to my spam either. She didn't even try to make it right or apologize. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Had to give 1 star to be able to post this comment. They don't even deserve it.

Love the decorations the staff is very helpful and friendly! They do a great job at customer service!
