Bill is awesome! He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind! He even helped us push the car out of the garage to get pictures and back in again...in the rain! He delivered a very professional appraisal in the time he committed to. After the appraisal was done, he still took the time to answer some questions I had about selling the car. Bill Wayne really got me the settlement I deserved for my total loss claim with progressive. He was like an attorney for me and my vehicle! I was genuinely impressed with the outcome of my experience about Bill Wayne. I don't know how these people can give this guy a one star review! SMH... I would recommend.

I was buying a used truck and considered flying out to check it out. Then I searched auto appraisal near the vehicle location and found Auto Appraisal World. I talked to Mr. Bill Wayne and he said he could do it today or tomorrow. I was very surprised to get a call and e-mail with digital pictures and explanation of the pre sale inspection. In my opinion if you are considering buying a vehicle or need an appraisal the Bill Wayne and AAW are the people to go to! Thanks Bill UPDATE: AFTER I GOT THE TRUCK HOME AND HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CRAWL UNDER THE TRUCK I WAS SHOCKED AT THE AMOUNT OF RUST! I UNDERSTAND THAT VEHICLES FROM THE EAST HAVE SOME BUT THIS RUST IS UNDER THE PAINT AND THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE UNDERCARRIAGE! I CALLED MR BILL WAYNE AND ASKED IF HE HAD EXAMINED THE TRUCK OF HAD AN EMPLOYEE? HE WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND VOICED MY CONCERNS. HE TOLD ME THAT PEOPLE FROM THE WEST COAST EXPECT VEHICLES TO BE "PRISTINE" AND THE MINOR RUST IS NORMAL. I WISHED THAT IT WAS NOT SNOWING WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRUCK SO I WOULD HAVE EXAMINED IT MYSELF. IN MY OPINION DO NOT HAVE BILL WAYNE OR AAW DO AN APPRAISAL AS THEY ARE NOT VERY THROUGH!!

Wish Id read Bill Wayne's reviews before spending $600.00 for nothing! Bill was to do a pre sale appraisal for me but im sure he did not even leave his house!! He used the seller pictures and info!! Never took it for a drive because he never went there at all. The car will not stay running, no horn or dash lights, no back up lights, no wipers, no heater or fan.....the transport guy that delivered it had to boost it because the battery was dead from trying to start it. Cant believe i guy can work for Appraisal company and he doesn't even go see the car to take it out for a test drive it for you like he said he did! I paid 40k and I'm sure the seller must have worked out a deal under the table "cash" to turn his eyes away and forget whatever happen! Bill Wayne you suck and so does Auto Appraisal World.....can wait to meet Bill next time I'm in Ohio!! Say away people say well away!!!!
