Absolutely terrible service, charges way too much for too little. Customer service is a joke, ive called 12 times in 2 days and cant get a person on the phone to answer my question on how my service was "disconnected" when i never disconnected it, and then told me i had to pay over $120 for equipment and disconnect when i never disconnected it. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service, avoid at all costs. Would be better to try to build your own service with a potato and copper wires

Internet is absolutely horrible. God forbid there be small power outage, your internet will then have issues from then on. Constantly have to go get new boxes due to the lack of service. Is fast when it is working (which is maybe no joke a total of 2-3hrs a day) but otherwise you will have no internet.

First time I ever wrote a review in my life. This company is so awful, tried setting up a cancellation date for my services and the information provided is so mix matched from different customer service reps, tried to force me into keeping my phone provider even though I kept insisting over and over for 30 mins that I just want to disconnect my number. Id never recommend to anyone living on post. Seek other options if possible. Customer service number is so awful and they try to force you to stay with the company even if you have just reasons for just wanting to cancel your services.
