We were very happy with Hush Hush Little Baby. We found a great night nanny/newborn care specialist, Libby Jacobs, through them, who was incredibly helpful in those first weeks after our newborn was born. When we wanted to add on extra weeks, the agency helped us quickly locate someone who could fill in. Both night nannies were experienced and knowledgeable, and we trusted them completely with our baby. And the price seemed reasonable compared to other agencies. Throughout our experience, the agency was communicative and responded quickly to any inquiries. The process of hiring and payment was smooth. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to hire a night nanny!

We had a great experience with HHLB! We initially reached out to HHLB during my second trimester and secured an overnight Newborn Care Specialist (NCS). However, I ended up delivering 4 weeks early, and HHLB was able to accommodate our new schedule and helped us secure a new overnight NCS! We felt the HLLB Team was great and responsive to our emails. The overall process was straightforward first, we reached out to HHLB with pertinent information (e.g., estimated due date / birth date, the type of care were looking for, the length and frequency of care); next, HHLB reached back out with the resumes of available specialists; next, we reviewed and interviewed the specialists that we felt would be a good fit for our family and baby needs; finally, HHLB would finalize our selection and contract. One of my fears when I delivered early was that my original contract couldnt be amended, but that was not the case! HHLB accommodated us and we were able to adjust the contract with no issues! We also got a lovely welcome gift in the mail from HHLB! Ultimately, we ended up extending our services with HHLB. During this time, we worked with two NCSs, Sakeena and Cammie, and they were both absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend HHLB, Sakeena, and Cammie!
