        Awful place to live, there is no security, they decide to add things like trash pickup but cost you extra 25.00 a month that you have to pay, call in for repair takes forever, when you move out they charge you for stuff you did not do. Do not rent here !!! Aful

        Update! Ive been here a few months and it has been awesome. The office staff is always helpful and kind, its clean, they promptly fix any issues and work hard to keep us in the loop of whats going on. The office plans fun activities that my kids love and go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. I went into the office and was happily greeted by Carrie. :) she took the time to answer all my questions and give me some solid advice on things I was unsure of. She went above and beyond! Every time I go to the office all the ladies in there have been super amazing.

During move-in, every resident is provided a checklist that is to be turned back into the office holding all residents responsible for any damages that may occur during their time here.
