        I have lived here since 2015 and am happy here. Our manager, Danielle, is attentive to the needs of this community and handles the craziness of some the residents in a calm, respectful manner. And, trust me, her job is not easy with the constant demands for her undivided attention. Danielle is professional in her interactions with the tenants and gets the job done. I have lived in other communities where the manager is completely dismissive, and even abusive of their position. I am happy to say that our manager at Savannah House of Guthrie, is devoted to our community and ALWAYS listens to the many "issues" and concerns of my crazy neighbors. Sincerely, M. Joyce #202

        We have only been here a short time but to date we could not ask for a better experience. We had a few routine maintenance requests which were handled quickly and professionally. Yarco should take pride in having a representative here like Danielle. She has been 100% helpful and has truly made us feel like we were welcome here.
