I cant even give them a star. Store hours say Tuesday open 10 AM to 6 PM but Ive sat here since 930 this morning and it is 1053 now and theyre still not open theres still nobody here.

Worst experience!! We switched to tmobile to make my life easier during my husbands deployment, and I have spent 4 weeks in a row visiting the store to try and get answers. I am out $800 from paying off my old phones with my previous carrier because my rep that sold me stacked offers and told me there were no issues. I have tried getting the manager to call me to email anything, and she refuses. I keep getting told they pushed it to the DM. I tried another store, and they said only the store I signed up with can help me.
Can anyone help me!!!

My experience was awful. The manager was rude quick to tell me how life works but couldn't fix my issues. Told me to have a nice life and when I said what? She says have good one. Basically said buzzoff she didn't have time for me

If there was a way to give negative stars I would.. Store hours are RIDICULOUS on 3 separate occasions Ive driven to this to for it to be closed when it says open the manger is TERRIBLE! Initially went in looking for a privacy screen they didnt have it so the manger agreed to order it to the store and said Id get a email when to come pick it up.. all the while she was EXTREMELY pushy to sell me numerous other Apple products. Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks later no email so I drive back to the store (surprisingly they were open) for the young man to tell me theres a 30 minute wait for the manager to get back supposedly she was the only one that could help. I wait the 30 minutes for her to arrive to tell me she never agreed to order the screen protector I simply showed her my receipt confirming delivery to the store her to disregard and tell me to drive to Edmond or OKC stores.
