Bowman's Wrecker has become one of the most recognized names in Central Oklahoma. What began as a dream for David took hard work, determination, ingenuity, and risk.

In its early stages as a One-man show, David eventually leased a Full-Service Gas Station on the east side of I-35 in Guthrie. More than just a 'filling station' Bowman's Wrecker Service & Sinclair Station performed repairs, sold tires, and performed routine maintenance for those in the community and for those He towed back to the station for a new belt or to fix a flat.

The roots of Bowman's Wrecker Service go back 35 years ago, but the roots of the man have been founded and grown right here in Guthrie, OK. He has raised his family here, grown his business here, stayed involved in the community, and still helps plan or shows up to plan class reunions. David has never met a stranger but welcomes everyone the same.

Growing up around cars and later parts stores and an older brother who raced and built motors, David was hooked. Racing trucks like the one he built in the photo to give up his racing to help his young son into mini-dragsters. And taught and coached him to many racing wins and the trophies to prove it.

Bowman's Wrecker Service hasn't just built a business from the ground up, it has built a legacy of professionalism, dedication, integrity, and honesty. The same can be said for David's personal life as well, a dedicated father, grandfather, and husband to his best friend, all of which are some of the nicest and most generous people you will ever meet.
