Leticia is sincerely a hardworking go-getter that does NOT give up in the search for the perfect home for you. Even in this CRAZY market. Her energy, drive, and knowledge made all the difference. She listens extremely well and is not pushy at all - she is also very good at keeping your budget in mind and whatever standards you may have. She is a very kind and understanding realtor while professional and quickly responsive. Leticia cares so much about her clients and she really helped us find what truly made us happy. We love our new home and cannot thank her enough! THANK YOU LT :)

Id give 6 stars if I could. Leticia was fantastic to work with throughout our entire home buying process. Not just sending automated listings but actually combing through the listings to show us homes of interest, that fit our needs. She had to leave town for a short period and she never let up on the listings, and even setup several home tours with a co-worker to show us a few homes. Once she got back she was like a shark finding us homes to view, she was just as dedicated to find us a home as we were.
The market has been crazy for a couple years obviously and having LT on our side was great. When we finally found THE home to offer on she didnt mess around. She called the selling realtor and was very direct that we wanted the house and had to know what to offer to get accepted, we did.
Throughout closing she made sure to take care of us the entire time. Answering all my questions in what to expect, and helping organize inspections. Everyone told us not to ask for repairs and updates. Not LT, she said if we want it fixed, then ask. We got a new HVAC installed and the city fixed a sewer issue before we moved in. Our 30 day closing moved very quickly and it was the least stressful and underwhelming it could have been and LT is a big reason for that.
