Great Plains Bank

My name is Elmo Lewis . I Get only $797 a month and I need every penny to pay my bills and buy food with . I use the ATM there ( at the Great Plains Bank of Hollis Oklahoma) all the time . I tried to withdraw$60 to pay my water bill . The ATM put it out and drew it back in I didn't get the money . I told the teller about it . She told me the bank doesn't know when the ATM service people will be there . I even showed her the recipe . She would not take any information from me to leave for the ATM service people . They have camera's to show what happened there also . . The Great Plains Bank of Hollis Oklahoma has all the information she needs to tell the guy in front of me about his insurance and Doctor's appointment . Yet she doesn't know when the ATM will be serviced .

This is a long time coming. I've been banking with Great Plains National Bank since I left Hollis in 2006. Since I'm not ever really back in Hollis, Elizabeth Saenz and others at this bank have been able to take care of my many needs. I've lived in several states and have been over seas a few times and the bank has been able to assist me with any issue that has arisen. I especially enjoy the fact that, even though I purchase from crazy places, they can spot purchases that seem to be not my style of normal purchases and will contact me to inform me of the possible intrusion. Many have asked why I still bank here....well, when you are taken care of with the amount of patience that the staff has....you'd want to stay also. Thank you Great Plains National Bank of Hollis for always, ALWAYS, taking care of me.

Most incompetent bank on the planet! Ive been banking here 15 years- they are fine if you just need a checking out to pay for groceries - but if you own a business you need to bank elsewhere This bank from the CEO on down is totally incompetent It takes them weeks to complete a simple business wire transfer and thats after calling them over and over and over... Each week its a new person In The position with no training or experience making the mist simple mistakes over and over and over It would be comical (Like banking with The Three Stooges) if it was not so serious and costing my company customers I give Great Plains 1 star because I cant give any less If you are starting a business - start it with a bank that understands business Not here
