If I could give zero stars I would. This company is trash saying I owe rent that I have paid. Not my fault the managers are thrives and steal payments. Also haven't had heat in my apartment all winter and they don't care have refused to fix. All maintain e issues I have to fix myself and pay for my self stay away from them. If anyone is having problems with this company claiming they owe rent they don't or them refusing to do repairs on units. Please contact me my self and other tenants have a lawyer and is filing a class action lawsuit against them. The more people we have in on it the better for us and worse for them

I am leaving a review for you due to the fact that you are the company associated with Cavalry Crossing in Fort Scott Kansas. This place used to be very nice. New management has came in and destroyed anything nice. I would dare say it is elder abuse. Items that were paid for by the tenants from their residents fund have been taken by the new manager. She takes what she wants from the common areas that have been paid for by the residents. Residents are not allowed in the common area for more than an hour, the kitchen is locked up where they used to have potlucks, they cannot make coffee, everyone has to stay in their apartments and are not allowed to visit as usual, they are threatened with eviction on a daily basis, they are told they complain too much and are trouble makers, maintenance is not allowed to go in their apartments and repair anything that is broken and he is quitting the end of this month, some residents have been yelled and screamed at by this new manager, the common doors that are supposed to be locked at night for safety are no longer kept locked and residents are not allowed to lock them ...I could go on...her name is April and she is very abusive to the residents. I'm not sure you are aware of the abusive situation there on the elderly and I'm sure your company would not approve of such treatment. I have called the number and left a message for you as well.
