There was a hail storm 6/15/23 it is now 4/10/24. I still don't have my checks. My roofer said they were the worst company he ever worked with. I can never get answers from them. 2 times they said they would call me back and never did. They mailed 2 of my checks to the wrong address and 2 months later I still don't have them because the have to do "internal processing" and can't tell me what that means because it's company secrets. The supervisors are no help. I will be switching companies as soon as possible and I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company. I've never dealt with better business bureau but if things aren't resolved very soon I will be contacting them

Markia is such a great help. She has always took time to answer my questions whether it be a small question or a more important one. I always enjoy working with her.

This company sucks and full of it my car got recked 01/14/2024 it didn't get approved to fix until 03/25/2024 my car been fixed since 03/27/2024 but I can't get my car because they won't approve a final bill that less that's a car payment. The car repair place keeps trying o get ahold of them they don't want to reply to a week later I call everyday and all they can say is "we're still waiting for the approval" it was approved to be fixed so why can't you approve the check so this place gets no star.. need to find another way to get my car even if I gotta get a lawyer

Horrible company and horrible people. I would give no stars if possible. My mother tried to get homeowner's insurance and the people she talked to were rude and didn't explain any of the guidelines and wouldn't send anything to her to explain what she needed to do. The lady she talked to was condescending and didn't even have the decency to tell her what she could do to try to get the policy. I would not recommend them even in a worst case scenario.
