I met Jeremy after he helped my Mother find a home and she recommended him after using three realtors before him. Trying to sell a property in disarray in Oklahoma when you live in Florida can present its challenges but Jeremy made it so easy that I forgot at times I was doing it from another state. Before we entered escrow Jeremey did his homework, shared with me his findings and came up with a strong and fair price point for my property. Through his experience and expertise he was able to help me find the value in my property that I did not believe was there. Because of his keen and astute research we were able to open up escrow at full asking price within 3 days. If it wasn't for Jeremy I would have taken less for the property and without his experience might of had a harder time selling it as well.
