On the door, it says it's now being ran by a management team just near and to use the Buffalo Station office for both Buffalo Station & Premier 82 apartments. Grounds look great with shaded walk paths and a pool area!

Me and my children and husband stayed here out of necessity because we were stationed in OK, it's not completely terrible for a young couple but there are a few things they could fix. Neighbors are really nice neighborhood is really nice and safe. Management changed 4 times in the year we were there and yet it was our fault we couldn't pay our rent Water goes off and on so I had to result to emergency water sources to survive for almost 2 days at a time Power kept going off but that's Oklahoma for you We were rushed into the only unit that was open and we were out of options and it was winter so we thought whatever, but maintenance back then would temporarily fix things just for things to come undone over time. The management is not in the main office so any packages, rent or issues I had to make my way to Buffalo Station. Most days they weren't there either.Phone calls and emails work on their end but not when the tenants make an attempt to do the same. It's an apartment so whenever someone flushes wipes(which they warn you not to do) it messes up everyone's plumbing And the maintenance was so bad when first getting there, the main guy that would come 2 days later after we called just to put a bandaid on things or was too lazy so he just pulled any appliance from the other apartments he was working on and put it in our place, he was nosy and overly friendly, our toilet flooded and i turned off the water he put something down all our drains and gave us a bucket and mop in case it happend again, which it did, but all he needed to do was go to the main line outside and unclog it and turn the water back on, he would always leave his big industrial fans in our place for weeks at time, i dont completely blame him he was the main and i think the only one working, there was a older man who said he was geting laid off and that was the one who did the best work, no nonsense and quick but they decided to stick with the lazy guy, because he was cheaper, we then had other plumbers that weren't with the apartment and only came once, they finally hired two guys that do the job well and i hope they dont stay, their efforts were too good for that place,we had moldy carpet til the day we left on Christmas when our lease was up. The new management wanted us to sign a new lease but we didnt , I love ok it is an amazing place i just wish hiring wasnt such a hassle we would have loved to live in a home
