        Christmas tree was still up in lobby undecorated. Lobby was warm. Place needs updated. Luggage dolly was wobbly. Needed light bulbs in room.

        This hotel has been a letdown at just about every turn. Light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling, the towel rack is nearly pulled off the wall, the furniture is musky and coming apart, the shower doesn't quite get hot and the water pressure often amounts to no more than a drizzle from the shower or the sink. The pots and pans had burned-on food left on them that was flaking off and I even found a hair in one of the pots. AC unit in both parts of the room don't work properly and it's a challenge to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The fitness center looks great as you walk by in the hallway, but most of the machines are missing buttons or simply don't work. All of the treadmills lack the ability to turn the speed up at all. On a positive note, and the only reason this review gets two stars, the customer service has been pretty good and the breakfast isn't half bad for a hotel breakfast.
