        Always had good service until today. Lady hung was rude and hung up on me and transfered me to the automated system due to her unwillingness to help figure out a small issue.

        My son went in to add his new car to his insurance. And not a one of the ladies in there would get out of there way to just help him do it. Customer service is absolutely horrible.
