        These are by far the best apartments I have ever been at! the staff and residents are very respectful! Very quick to get to you if you have an issue! The pricing is very affordable especially for the quality and niceness of not just the complex but the apartment its self!!! Highly recommend checking them out!!

        The staff is absolutely amazing and is quick to help with any problems. This is the first apartment complex we found that was decently priced for how nice the apartments are. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, affordable, quiet place.

        My husband and I moved from this location over a year ago and we are just now being sent a letter saying that we owe them money and that they already sent it to collections. We had no idea and were told that we didnt owe them anything when we moved out. And now theyre just now telling us that there was all this damage that we have to pay for.over a year later. Poor communication and very unprofessional.

        Ive never been denied an application at any apartment Ive ever been to. Ive always paid on time, except for being late one month, out of the 84 months Ive rented, but for some reason I was denied. I got the report back on why I was denied and there were no issues with payments, lease breakages, arrests, or court filings for eviction. They didnt even ask for bank statements in the application. This place will pretend like they will accept you, charge you $200 for an application fee, then deny you. She then tried to convince me to get someone to come co-sign and spend another $70 to add them to the application. They said they wouldnt accept ID over email and said I would have to get someone in person to co-sign. I live 7 hours away, 14 hours round trip. They expected someone to drive that far simply for a co-sign and refused to work with me in any way to try to verify the co-signers form of ID. Do not go here. This should be a criminal act. This place is preying on military and construction workers, taking advantage of the unfortunate circumstances that come with the job. $270 that I will never get back.
