This Kathy is Incredible! I cant say enough good things about her. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like I was one of her best girlfriends. She always took extra time to explain everything. She always answered my phone calls, even when I was terrified and freaking out. It felt like she was my biggest cheerleader through the whole process. Im a single mom of 3 and I never thought I was going to be able to buy a house again after my divorce. Because of her, I was able to actually provide a HOME for me and my children. She looked as happy and emotional at closing as I did.... That says a lot about how much she cares for her clients. um

Kathy Suttles & her team are THE VERY BEST. If your dream is to own a home, these are the people you want to work with! I had terrible credit when I first called Kathy but she worked with me, giving me advice on what I could do to get in a position to finally be a homeowner. She and Amber walked me through my first mortgage, they explained everything up front- what to expect, how long it would take and what my options were. I'm a student and I work full time but they accomodated my schedule and we did as much as possible through email which saved me so much time; they made the whole process so simple and easy! I'll be a customer for life, Lord willing! That home was refinanced out of my name and they, along with Justin, helped me purchase another place of my own. In a terribly tough time in life, this team was extremely helpful and kind, they went above and beyond to make having a place to call home happen (again!) Justin was there with me at closing to ensure everything went smoothly, just as planned and that there were no surprises. They even gave me a gift bag to help make my new place feel like home.
