I have been trying to find a place on their website, looking at my mortgage trying to pay it, and there is no option to pay. I click on payment, and I have the option to add my card information, and to enroll in autopay. But my autopay starts the following month instead of just letting me pay for the current month. I cannot wait to refinance with a different mortage company.
UPDATE: My loan with them is now giving yet another error where I cannot pay my mortage on time. No doubt they will ignore me and still not let me pay on time and will try to charge me fees. I wish I could give a negative 5-star review. Worst bank ever.

This company was pretty terrible to work with. When they first took over my mortgage they overcharged me and I had to call several times to even speak to someone about it. A month later they finally got it fixed and refunded the money.
I recently called to talk to them about removing the PMI off our mortgage and was told I would have to fill out some packet that showed all of the upgrades we did to the house that might make it possible to remove it. That's fine, didn't have an issue with it. A few days later I received a letter stating they were selling my mortgage to another company...seems like an odd coincidence to me but whatever. Hopefully the new company is better organized than this one was.

This the worst company ever. My loan was transferred over to them. I didnt pick them. Honestly I wish I can give them 0 Star. They wont help with anything. They cant even call and speak to somebody. You have to leave a voicemail and wait on them to call you on their preferred time. Just sit there and wait all day next to your phone and hope they call. What a joke. First chance I get I am refinancing.

Easily the worst customer service of any company I've done business with. Online portal is worthless, phone support is non-existent. It's no wonder they sold the mortgage arm and got out of the biz.
