        We didnt end up renting from them but just a heads up if your income isnt local to Lawton (maybe put this information on the application) DONT apply! We werent told about this until after we paid 125$ in the fees they require to apply in which are not refundable. Also every time I called to make sure everything was done correctly Rachael was very rude!

If you have a letter of job offer or a statement of employment, we will consider that as proof of income. If you job is remote and you will remain employed, we can use that as well. Please let us know if there is anyway we can assist you.

      Often times the owners of the properties set the price. We will do a rental market for them and let them know what the rent prices are in that area, but the final decision is the owner of the property.
