        Very professional and friendly. It was quick and easy.. They only ask me a couple of questions. They did the rest. They will work with you on the core charge. One quick phone call and she got the payment dropped! They also gave me some helpful advice for next year's taxes. And provided me with Web sites that I could go and check out on my own... With the no wait time I was in and out in no time..
