Nice apartments but not nice enough for the price!

Worst renting experience I've ever had. Fridge was broken, stove from the 70's not all burners worked, bathroom sink rusted through and leaked under sink, front door had no bottom seal with a 1" gab, cabinets wont stay closed, draw slides don't keep drawers level when pulled out, counters are falling apart and have missing laminate sections, shower insert is for a trailer and is stained badly and drains too slowly leaving water in tub while showering, three types of floors due to water damage from outside drain flooding in to whole apartment. Neighbor plays loud music all night and landlord refused to get involved. No mater how clean you leave the apartment you wont get your deposit back. Owner expects rent paid in cash to his front door so good luck getting recipes.

The price is fair. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is located across the street from the main shopping areas. Also no lease is required! I would rate is very good but there is no swimming pool or apartment laundry mat!
