Comfort Suites McAlester

My room has tons of ants! Also, Ive been staying here for a week and a half with no cleaning services given. You have to let them know to do it or else your room will not be cleaned. The front entrance door is also broken. I will be choosing different hotel companies moving forward.

I would honestly give this a negative star is available. I have stayed in many Hotels and I have to say this was the most disgusting place I have ever booked. As entering the side door it was broke and could easily be accessed by anyone off the streets. The hallways and stairs were nasty. Wall paper peeling and carpet stained. Entering the room it smelled like urine and death. The smells were so strong. We asked front desk for another room which was a waste of time. He did offer air freshener which did not good. The bathroom had mold In tub and baseboards. We found dirty used napkins in night stand. The lamps didnt work and the beds were messy. Looked like they had not been changed. The beds are listed as queens but are actually fulls. The couch had white stains and smelled awful. Make it worse the ac had mold in it. We all felt like we were being bit by bugs. We left feeling itchy. I wouldnt stay in this place let alone let my dogs. We of coarse checked out within 15 mins and went to a better hotel up the street. This place needs a health inspection and maintenance over haul. Very disappointing after traveling 11 hours with children and this is what we walked into. Do yourself a favor do not stay here. $127 a room and more like a $25 room. Rooms: They are beyond gross.
