        If I could rate a zero I would. Yesterday j won $500 on a oklahoma scratch off lottery ticket. Well, none of the gasstations around had $500 on hand to cash it in, so I just got a money order and went on to try and cash it. Tell me how a western union check into cash can't cash the money order?? She said i needed to have someone else sign the money order as the purchaser. That is FRAUD....... I was the purchaser and the receiver. I'm not going to commit fraud, nuts. Never doing business with this place.
