I didn't even make an appointment for my 2 kids since the lady on the phone was so rude. She seemed bothered to answer my questions. When we were done talking I felt stupid and a little disrespected.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Courtright! Excellent and super friendly staff, awesome service, and ease of scheduling. I was so impressed with the final results of my son's teeth. I highly recommend Courtright Orthodontics to anyone seeking dedication and wonderful care.

Braces went well, I have a complaint about how I was treated after they were removed. My pain was overlooked when I complained about pain in my gums when putting on my removable retainer and was just told, "It's going to hurt the first time you put them on." My gums were bleeding because the plastic poked into them and were told to brush them to remove "puffiness." I had to get another retainer because my first cracked. They had me try it on to make sure it fit, and it was so painful yet they still made me force it on regardless of the pain. The retainer filled with blood, and my gum was tore. This could've been prevented if these people had listened to me and shaved the walls down instead of having me go through unnecessary pain. The reason why I'm giving it three stars was because the braces worked as intended and the ladies that worked on me were nice.

We have used Dr. Courtwright for 10 years for all 3 of my boys and he's done an amazing job. He and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend his office.
