EXCELLENT! Service friendly staff who also pointed out an issue i was able to correct before it became a bigger problem and they went out of there way to help me with a complex problem, I was stuck on the road on the weekend with very few choices.

I was traveling to see family and got a flat with no spare. I called just about every tow company in town and all didnt answer but one other had gave me a long wait time, after waiting on the side of the Indian nation turnpike for an hour and a half I called Blackbird and they showed up within a timely matter of my call and towed my car and took me to the nearest tire shop. I recommend Blackbird as anyone in the areas FIRST call for any tow needs! Professional and kind, I was very pleased with the service.
