Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service

The staff at the funeral home were cold and not very friendly to be begin with. Within 30 min of my father passing, the funeral home was calling already wanting to make arrangements ( no time for grieving). During the planning process, we had decided to cremate my father, it was told to us that a casket had to be purchased (not rented) for this to take place. so on top of the outrageous cremation cost a casket had to be purchased too, (just to burn) Also, a obituary was supposed to be put into a paper and they even informed us of the cost, after days and days and asking again about it, they said they had no notes of needing an obit put into the paper. overall, would not recommend this place to anyone.

My mother was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul and smile and yall captured that, you made her look amazing and very memorable. The service was so smooth and thank you all for making the transition easier

Words cannot express how much I appreciate the excellent job that the staff did at Paul Thomas. They walked me through everything and made a very difficult time more bearable. They could not have been more helpful and understanding.
