Derrick was great to work with. My old house that I was selling had a lot wrong with it and I had a deadline to sell it by (due to a divorce). Other "We Buy Ugly Houses" type sites gave me the run around, never gave me a cash offer, or just told me they couldn't buy it (the house is legitimately their business model according to their ads). Derrick worked with me and gave me 3 options of selling it and took the time to explain what each one would entail and the time frame for each option. In the end we opted to sell the house "As Is" and in less than a month had a cash offer that I could accept for it to walk away free and clear while owing the least amount that I could afford to pay off the remaining mortgage at the time of closing. If you are looking to sell your house I highly recommend going with Derrick and Exit Strategy Investments or at the very least talking to them to see what they can do for you.
