HAD INITIAL CHECK/CLEANING -- DENTIST WAS AWFUL...DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY OR MY HUSBAND'S TEETH (WE HAD APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME/DIFFERENT ROOMS. WHEN WE WERE FINISHED AND WALKING OUT, WE BOTH SPONTANEOUSLY COMMENTED ABOUT HOW THE DENTIST BARELY LOOKED AT OUR TEETH -- SHE ONLY GLANCED AT MINE FOR A SECOND OR TWO AT MOST. MY MOUTH WAS BARELY EVEN OPEN.) FOR OUR CLEANING...THE OFFICE STAFF TRIED TO CONVINCE US TO SIGN WHAT SEEMED TO BE A BLANKET, NO-FAULT LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT SAID (THIS IN MY OWN WORDS AND MY OWN UNDERSTANDING/OPINION OF THE DOCUMENT/SITUATION - I'M DEFINETLY NOT A LAWYER. MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION ON THIS. ) DENTISTRY IS AN "INEXACT SCIENCE," AND THAT MY HUSBAND AND I WOULDN'T HOLD THEM LIABLE IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG (AGAIN, THAT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE DOCUMENT, AND I'M NOT A LAWYER. THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION OF THE SITUATION. ). WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I REFUSED TO SIGN THE DOCUMENT, THEY TRIED TELLING US THAT ALL DENTISTS HAVE PATENTS SIGN THINGS LIKE THIS (WHICH HAS NEVER EVER HAPPENED TO EITHER OF US IN OUR ENTIRE LIVES.). AGAIN, WE REFUSED TO SIGN, SO THEY CANCELED OUR APPOINTMENTS, AND THREW US OUT. WE HAVE SINCE FILED A GRIEVANCE WITH DELTA DENTAL. PLEASE DONT TAKE MY WORD ON THIS: DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK. READ ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE REVIEWS ON INDEED AND OTHER JOB REVIEW SITES. READ ABOUT THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. READ YELP. I CANT EMPHASIZE IT ENOUGH: DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK ON THIS COMPANY. P.S. JEFFERSON DENTAL CORPORATE PUBLIC RELATIONS: DON'T RESPOND TO THIS WITH SOME CORPORATE-APPROVED BUZZWORD/JARGON-LADENED APOLOGY. IT WONT MATTER, BECAUSE, IN THE END, WE WILL NEVER RETURN. UPDATE: 03/20/2024 received my dentures they don't fit properly not well made at all ,but tried of dealing with them, I was seen here in October 2023 got my teeth extractions and now it's February 18,2024 and still no dentures , if you need to get your teeth extracted for dentures, this is not the place, everything the front desk receptionist Samantha told me,that it was my responsibility to pay, I did,I paid in full, I thought if I paid for my dentures,it wasn't going to be a problem, big mistake,after getting my teeth extracted, you don't get immediate dentures,so you go home without teeth ,I have to wait to get my permanent dentures,I was told I should be getting my dentures before Christmas , now it's February 18, 2024 still nothing, I haven't been able to really eat anything , I don't leave my house for anything ,can't go to work it's embarrassing, now I have low Iron deficiency, low Vitamin D deficiency, if you need to get your teeth extracted and get dentures this isn't the place, don't go through all the sadness I'm going through,
