If you purchase a Westpoint Home get your 1 year warranty items taken care of ASAP. Mine was drug out for 2+ years by Westpoint and now they will not finish our warranty items. I share my story so others do not have to deal with the nightmare we have. BTW they offer $100.00 for these good reviews they have, ofc right after you move in before you realize how low quality their homes are!! FACTS

We are so pleased with our new home and our experience with Westpoint! They were quick to do all the touch ups we wanted before move in. I was impressed that the owner personally stops by the house to check on progress from time to time. Their style is unique from other builders in the area and a great value for the price. They installed new blinds for us in our contract & they put in very nice ones.

Westpoint Homes builds beautiful new homes with character in Rockwell Parke. We moved in end of July and love the community we are in. Their builders and warranty partners are very helpful in the process especially as a brand new home owner. We look forward to living here for a long time.

I'm a couple of months from living in a Westpoint house for 4 years now. We had something like 20 floor tiles need to be replaced in the first year through their one year warranty and even though there was obviously a problem with the initial install of the tiles, the business would not fix the underlying problem that has at least a dozen more tiles that are cracked. Some of these are the tiles they previously had replaced... I should have known what kind of professionalism to expect the day we did the final walk through and the builder for the edition and one of the maintenence personnel (David I think) laughed and teased us when my wife brought in a level to check some cabinets we thought needed a couple of tweaks from our previous visit. We had pointed them out before but were disregarded and so we brought the level to double check. The cabinet doors were indeed not properly aligned... My biggest issue is their lack of honor regarding our HOA. The cost is in excess of two neighborhoods adjacent to ours but where the homes prices are higher and the communal amenities are nicer/more costly. They also refuse to hand over the control of the HOA to the residence that own a majority of the lots. Westpoint also will adjust the bylaws to fit their needs as they did in the first year we bought our house so that they would not be in violation of selling to a landlord with the intention to rent the houses right away. (Previously a new owner had to live on the property for two years before being able to rent.) I will never buy another Westpoint home and I make sure anyone looking to buy are aware of my experience with them.
