Extremely slow response in the drive through. Only asked for my order after I began to drive away. Rude middle aged lady with a pink cell phone in her back pocket working the speaker. Literally asked what do you want? No greeting. Silent at the window when paying. Smells like cigarettes. Ill use a different location next time.

We went through the drive thru window. Ordered a burger combo meal. Get my wife all the way back to work to find chicken nuggets in the bag no burger. I called the store asked to speak with the manager and got hung up on called back reach a person said they was the manager. Explain the issue and the reply I got was " What's the problem" I asked for her first name she refused to give it to me. Then said I could talk to the General manager I ask when that person would be there she said when they get back. I asked for the general manager name and she refused to give it to me and hung up. Such great customer service. There is a saying in business if a customer has a good experience they might tell a couple of people about. But if the customer has a bad experience at your business they will tell everyone they see or talk to for a good while. Carl's Jr you can do better at customer service. A former customer as of today !!! This store is the one located on 19th st Moore ,ok

Phillina took our order and was just super unfriendly. You can hear the idc and hate being here in her voice. Didnt speak at the window accept to say 32.02 nothing else. Food was okay, fries were cold an soggy. My burger was wrong and they put cheese on it when I asked for no cheese and even says on receipt so now gotta drive all the way back for something stupid that is literally printed on a screen for them to make. Food Tasted like it was sitting for awhile not hot and fresh like youd expect being the only ones there to eat. Better service and employees that pay attention and care about there work and it would be good. Feel like this is how this location is every time we go. Upon referring the burger it was made in less than a minute so obviously wasnt fresh again.no sorry or my bad just grabbed it remade an handed out the window. Worst part is not sitting with my family eating dinner.
