        I ordered my daughter's marker and a granite vase here in April. The items I did receive were up to par, but unfortunately the job was not completed. I had to contact Kelly to find out when the stone would be completed and again about the vase not being there to find out the stone was on back order. She apologized and told me she would get back to me in two weeks. Nine weeks later I had to reach out once again to try and find out what was going on.  It's unfortunate the customer service is lacking so much that I can't appreciate the work.
