I am giving 3 stars because the experience we had has definitely made me rethink ever buying a house while our expectations wasnt all bad it wasnt all good either. They are very nice here but I think that some things like open and clear communication should be improve drastically.

Josh & Krystal were very helpful through every step of the way. This was our first time buying a home & it can be very stressful so having knowledgeable people like them help you along the way makes it so much better.

These guys know how to get it done. They are thorough, detailed, and very knowledgeable. They are the best in the business. Josh DeBlase and Adam Walmsley were awesome. They answered every question, explained every detail along the way, and were always quick to respond at all times. Everything was seamless and smooth, thanks to them.
