    My son's car needed to be towed and Brendan got to him before the time it had said he would arrive. Very helpful and professional. I would recommend Oklahoma Towing and Recovery to everyone. Some say how expensive they are but you do have towing through your car insurance!!! Their number will be un my phone for sure!!! Thank you again Brendan

    Dispatcher was quick and efficient in getting the truck out to my location. The two truck drivers were efficient in getting the car hooked up and towed to the garage. It was towed 8 miles, and the cost was $243.00. My opinion is that this is really too expensive. I can not recommend it to anyone to contact this company for tow service because of the extreme cost.

    2024 Edit: I still have nightmares about this place. Now, 6 years later as an adult female - and now reading Mr Bryans reply to me (which I had never seen until today from Yelp telling me congrats on a review for this place) I simply have more to say. Reading his defensive reply to be, and after all these years why does it still have an impact on me. No blame for making your money (almost preying) taking peoples cars where they left them in a tricky location in Bricktown Oklahoma where these tow trucks hover nearby to find errors and well, do their... job? I know I ran in the cold to my vehicle since I had an alarm on my phone reminding me about the parking rules and I was 3 minutes behind. If the location says 24 hours why are all your employees in bed? Would make sense they get paid for that too! I was in a far away location with a man at 3:00 am who I spoke to on the phone about what I needed to get my car that evening. Look, I am not that person. My mother and father just died and I had no family. Nothing. The one night I go to a show to exercise normalcy.... A review cant be inappropriate if it is REAL and ACCURATE! These "issues" were from Mr Bryan, his business model, his picking and choosing of times he and staff are available and being CLEAR about documents. The one document I needed was in the front seat of my car when I told them they are welcome to enter my vehicle and retrieve the document. They searches and said they could not find it - then there it was GOLD! right there. I want the video footage of you harassing a young female at the front desk Bryan. I want you to own up to your actions and throwing a pen at me. hope the $300 out of a 20 year olds hand who has just lost everything in her life.... make yours all. the. richer. This was a really awful experience I hope I never have to be there again!! After realizing my car was towed from the Brick town location I got an uber 15-20 minutes away where someone agreed to meet me to let me get my car. I waited in the uber for 15-20 more minutes for someone to mosey on over. He told me that he already looked for my title and registration inside my car and found nothing.... He also told me that I could get my things from my car like my backpack, medication etc. I decided to return the following Monday. Now to today I come back to get told NO I ACTUALLY CANT GET INTO MY CAR! After going to the friggin dealership where I bought the car to get a copy, give it to this crummy place of a "business" and I suppose the owner? Mr Bryan greets me harshly and throws a pen at me to sign... ask why I left a 1 star rating from the other nights first experience. (obviously, rightfully and because of the service! that's what a review is) and continues to say how hard they try to be 5 stars! And that it's my fault that their tow boy had to get up at 2:00AM to open their business!! when it simply states online they are a 24 hour business! I paid that place $300 for one of the most inconvenient experiences. Bryan acted in a very very unprofessional and childish manner. I was so surprised since he said he values others reviews so much. LAST BUT NOT LEAST FOLKS! when I finally get into my car... MY CAR TITLE IS SITTING IN MY FRONT PASSENGER SEAT! what a joke!

Emma, I understand that it is inconvenient to have your car impounded for parking in a private lot with tons of signage telling you that parking is prohibited. However, State law requires that you provide certain documentation in order to pick up your vehicle. You were told specifically what documentation was required, and given alternative options to obtain the documents. You insisted that you had the documentation, so my employee got out of bed and came in at 3AM to release your car. In fact, you didn't have the required documentation. So, perhaps he was a little irritated that you lied to him about what documentation you had, just so you could try arguing your way into getting a car released. After reviewing the security footage, I can assure you that if I'd been here that night, you would have been asked to leave due to your angry and inappropriate outbursts.I believe that leaving a bad review was inappropriate, considering that every issue you brought up in this review was caused by your own actions. This review is not in any way reflective of how we treat our customers.
