We are so sorry that you are not happy with our company but we do strive every day to meet customer satisfaction. Hopefully viewers will read the positive reviews of our company to verify that we do take good care of our customers and we do make customers happy and treat them fairly. The greatest thing about google is it gives you the opportunity to reply to harsh accusations made against you or your company. To reiterate, originally you called our company and ask for a service call to be placed at your rental property to purchase and program a new remote on your operator and you requested that we make sure the operator was working okay. There was no free estimate requested. When service was placed to program a new remote you were given repair options and replacement options after diagnostics were completed on the operator which showed that you had a bad part along with your need for a remote. You chose to do neither because you stated that it was rental property and we understand your choice to not fix it. But at that point we told you that a diagnostic fee or a trip charge generally applies when a customer has asked for service but chooses to not repair at that time or changes their mind for whatever reason after we have already placed service. We did not even get a chance to resolve the issue with you and you drove off leaving the technician standing. The accurate statement that was made by our company is that diagnostic fees are generally charged by some repairman for the service truck that was dispatched out and time spent on diagnostics if a customer decides to not to go through with the repairs. As we stated to you, the diagnostic fee is waived when the repairs or replacement is completed. The sad thing is you never paid us a dime or a penny but only went immediately on google trying to slam our business. Again we are apologetic that we were unable to make you happy but we were unaware that you were wanting a free estimate at your rental property. There is a big difference between asking for a estimate versus asking for a service call to purchase a remote and ask for it to be programmed whether you ask for the operator performance to be checked out or not. Please remember that in the future for clearer communications and this could have been avoided. Have good day.
