The technician was very professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. That's what I like about Rotor Rootor. All of the different technicians I have dealt with were very professional and polite and very knowledgeable about what they needed to do to fix the problem right and keeping me informed about what they are doing or the work they have done. Please dont ever use this company! They came out for 3-5 minutes. Literally did NOTHING and charged me $159. My water was shut off and they couldnt do the work and said because they left their building I was charged the minimum which was $159. WOW! Great customer service. Lol. I have used them on many properties. I should have learned from last time I used them and they double billed me. Made it right but only because I called them out on it. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I even had a manager call me and he said the same thing. They had to charge for leaving their building which is less than a block from the residence they went to. Literally I can see their office. FYI Dusty is the technician NOT to use!
